This Privacy Policy explains how Anelo AI Inc. (“Anelo”) and NaturallyNeat LLC (“NaturallyNeat”) (together, “we,” “us,” “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use anelo.ai and any related subdomains and applications (including app.anelo.ai, login.anelo.ai, and any other Anelo-branded sites, dashboards, APIs, and services) (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1) Our Structure: Anelo AI Inc. and NaturallyNeat LLC
Anelo is a Texas corporation that develops and owns Anelo technology. NaturallyNeat is a Texas LLC that operates and commercializes Anelo technology in non-age-restricted markets under an agreement between the entities. Depending on the specific Service you use, Anelo and/or NaturallyNeat may act as the business responsible for your information.

2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from service providers.
A) Information you provide to us
Account information: such as name, email address, username, authentication tokens, and account preferences (if you create an account).
User Content you upload or submit for processing: including images, videos, audio, metadata, text inputs/prompts, configuration selections, and any files you provide (“User Content”).
Outputs and job artifacts: results generated from your User Content (e.g., converted media, 3D outputs, upscaled frames, interpolated footage, logs, manifests, and related technical artifacts).
Support and communications: information you send to us via support channels (e.g., messages, attachments, and feedback).
B) Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
Device and network data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language, and general location derived from IP.
Usage data: pages/screens viewed, features used, clicks, session duration, referrer URLs, and crash/diagnostic data.
Operational and performance telemetry: job parameters, queue times, GPU/compute utilization metrics, and error logs needed to operate, secure, and improve processing pipelines.
C) Payment and commerce information (via processors)
If you purchase paid Services, payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We may receive limited information such as billing contact details, subscription status, payment confirmation, and transaction identifiers. We generally do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to operate, protect, and improve the Services, including to:
Provide and run the Services (including processing your User Content to generate Outputs you request).
Maintain reliability and performance (e.g., monitoring, debugging, error resolution, capacity planning, and preventing abuse).
Conduct preflight QA/QC and screening to deter illegal or unlawful use and to enforce our Terms (including detecting prohibited content and misuse).
Provide support and respond to inquiries.
Improve and develop the Services using anonymized and aggregated information and metrics (see Section 6).
Communicate with you about service notices, product updates, security updates, and administrative messages.
Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and security (including reporting where required).
4) Preflight QA/QC, Safety Screening, and Prohibited Content
We use automated and operational controls (“Screening”) to help deter acceptance of illegal or unlawful materials on our infrastructure. Screening may include automated checks, heuristics, content-safety signals, and human review where appropriate.
If our systems or team identify suspected prohibited content or misuse, we may:
refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate processing jobs or accounts; and/or
take other actions consistent with our Terms and legal obligations.
We do not guarantee that Screening will detect all prohibited content.
5) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:
Service providers and subprocessors who help us operate the Services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, storage, compute providers, monitoring, analytics, payment processors, and customer support tooling). These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Between Anelo and NaturallyNeat to operate and commercialize the Services, support users, administer accounts, and improve functionality.
Legal and safety disclosures if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental requests;
enforce our Terms and policies;
investigate or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or
protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets (information may be transferred subject to this Policy).
6) Aggregated and Anonymized Data for Improvement
We may create and use Aggregated Data derived from the use of the Services, including usage metrics, performance statistics, workflow effectiveness measures, and reliability indicators, in order to:
develop and improve features and workflows;
optimize costs and performance;
build customer-requested benefits and tools;
generate product analytics and usage insights; and
enhance security and abuse detection.
Aggregated Data is intended to be de-identified and not reasonably linkable to an individual. We may use Aggregated Data internally and may share it externally (e.g., in generalized performance reporting) in a form that does not identify you.
We may also analyze User Content and Outputs using automated methods to improve quality, reliability, and safety of the Services, including tuning heuristics, QA/QC checks, and workflow optimizations. We do not publicly disclose your User Content except as you choose to share it through the Services.
7) Marketing: Customer Logos
We may display customer/user logos or names (as identified by a company URL) in marketing materials to indicate you are a customer/user of the Services. If you want removal, contact support@anelo.ai, and we will remove within a reasonable time.
8) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
keep you signed in and enable core functionality;
remember preferences;
understand usage and improve the Services (e.g., analytics and performance monitoring);
prevent fraud and abuse.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and may be able to limit certain analytics by blocking cookies. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
9) Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
provide the Services and fulfill processing requests;
maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms;
comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations; and
resolve disputes.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and how it is used. You may request account deletion as described below.
10) Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Your Choices and Rights
Account and communications
You can update certain account details in the Services (where available).
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using unsubscribe links (if applicable). Service/administrative messages may still be sent.
Access, deletion, and other requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@anelo.ai. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, fraud prevention, compliance, transaction records).
12) Regional Disclosures
A) European Economic Area (EEA) / United Kingdom
If you are in the EEA/UK, we process personal information under lawful bases such as:
performance of a contract (to provide the Services and process content you submit),
legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Services, prevent abuse, and conduct QA/QC), and
legal obligations (compliance and lawful requests).
You may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting support@anelo.ai.
B) California (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a business model. We may disclose categories of personal information to service providers for operational purposes (e.g., hosting, security, analytics, payments), as described above.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information, and to limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable. To submit requests, contact support@anelo.ai.
13) International Data Transfers
The Services may be operated using infrastructure located in the United States and other jurisdictions. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.
14) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@anelo.ai and we will take appropriate steps.
15) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
